Flag and extras

In this page the normal flag and the war flag will be showed, and maybe in the future we're gonna add some extras in here! =)

Then we have the Anthem (Avec la garde montante (Carmen) ) but unfortunatly because of the webador limitations i can't put the mp3 file =(
